I have an event coming up but I don’t have a clue as to planning. Can I ask Yellow Rose to help with ideas?
That’s what we’re here for! Yes, call us and we’ll be happy to discuss your needs and suggest ways to make your event go as smoothly as possible. Just tell us what your event is and we’ll help you fill in the blanks.

Will someone at Yellow Rose be assigned to my event and will that someone always be available for me?
We will assign a representative to your account and we will make sure that he or she will be available to help you. If the assigned representative is not available when you call, someone else will look after your needs.

Why aren’t there any prices/costs on your web site?
One simple reason: flexibility! What we do is we let our client choose what they need and then we come up with a quote for those services. As we mentioned in our home page, we approach each and every event with a great degree of flexibility.

How many people can your hall accommodate?
Our hall can accommodate up to 350 guests.

How large is your dance floor?
Our facility is large enough so that the size and area of the dance floor can be adjusted based on the set-up you choose.

Is there a penalty for canceling a reservation?
Yes.  If you cancel your reservation 90 days and more prior to your event, 100% of your payment will be refunded, minus the deposit.  If you cancel 89 days or less prior to the event, no refund will be made.

Can we call one or two of your customers to find out how satisfied they were about your services?
Most definitely! We encourage you to contact some of our satisfied clients. Call us and we’ll be happy to provide contact details.

Are you registered with the Chamber of commerce?
Yes, we are! We are members of the Community Chamber of Commerce of East Montgomery County.

We just want to rent your hall and bring our own food and music. Do you allow that kind of arrangement?
Yes. Our trademark is flexibility. You have two options: (a) Rent our hall or (b) customize a special package which includes the hall rental plus one or more add-on services.

What kind of music do you have?
We can provide a preferred vendor list with various types of music. They can customize the music of your choice.

If we bring our own caterer, will she have sufficient room to work in?

If our band or video photographer needs to set up equipment, will you charge us if they come in a couple of hours before the scheduled start time of the rental?
No. We understand that a wedding or any other event needs adequate prep time. That is why we offer you access to the hall for the entire day to allow your band or video photographer to arrive earlier and set up their equipment.

Will you be able to recommend florists, DJs, entertainers and photographers if we request it?
Yes, we can.

Some of our guests will be coming from out of town. Can you also recommend nearby hotels and inns for them to stay in?
Yes, we can. There are several inns and hotels in East Montgomery County within convenient distance to our reception hall and for every kind of budget.

When arrangements are finalized, will you provide a written contract with a complete breakdown of services and costs?
Yes, we’ll be happy to explain any terms in the contract that you don’t understand.
